    I'm still running the 1909 version of Windows 10 Home Single Language and for months tried to update to the 20H2 version but to no avail.     To Clarify (Again)

    The error I am getting when trying to install the windows 10 Creators update is:

    0xC1900101 - 0x30018

    The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP operation

    It is NOT on a laptop, but an ASUS desktop...

    I have offered to send all the relevant log and nfo files to Microsoft to assist me in this regard.
