Windows 10: Windows 10 v20H2 fails to upgrade with error 0x800704C7

Hi,We are upgrading windows 10 v1803/1909 to version 20H2 through SCCM feature update. It is failing on 50-60 machines with same error in setupact.log.

Upgrade to Windows 10 2004 fails with 0x800704C7

Hi Sumit

Main error which update process threw was 0x800704C7, if we look at migerr, migwrn xml files, they find this error happens immediatly after server manager components checks which fails ?

Is there any limitations or dependancy of RSAT tools with 2004 upgrade procss. I use these tools to manage Windows Servers from my PC

or if you can identify any clues near/before/after 0x800704C7 from attached logs, we may find close
