Windows 10: Windows 10 ver. 1903 update, File Explorer won't open

With the latest version 1903 patch, I am finally able to update version 1803 to 1903. So far, I do have a problem.

When I right click the Windows icon on the bottom left of the task bar, I cannot open the following: Event Viewer, Device Manager, Disk Management, Computer Management, Windows Powershell, Windows Powershell (Admin), Task Manager, and File Explorer.

What is the solution to this problem?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

GPUZ Won't Load After Windows 10 Anniversary Update

Reporting a possible bug after installing Windows 10 Anniversary Update. After trying to open GPU-Z the Windonws Explorer will just freeze in place while the GPUZ wont open. The system is not frozen though. I have to restart Explorer.exe to get it working.
