Windows 10: Windows 10 Ver- 2004, OS- 19041.388 isn't showing Bluetooth Driver anywhere in the system

Hi, As mentioned in subject line Version & OS I am using on my laptop.


The Bluetooth driver is not working after updating the window I have tried many ways to get it back but none of these worked. I have also seen many articles on the different website but failed to get it in setting.


I tried below ways to get Driver---


1. Bluetooth not found in Device Manager,

i Scanned for the driver= Not found

ii Show Hidden Device = Not found


2. In system configuration restarted Bluetooth Service, this is also not worked.


3. Used Bluetooth Troubleshooter. When troubleshooting, it was showing Bluetooth Capability error

"Device does not have Bluetooth- Bluetooth is not available on this device. Please try using anexternal adapter to add Bluetooth Capability to this Computer."



4. Basis on the 3 point, also installed the supported driver of Bluetooth and also tried other Bluetooth drivers but none of them worked.

5. While going to enable the Bluetooth in the settings, not found any Bluetooth button.




6. Tried to change the Regedit Windows under Microsoft version from 6.3 to 6.2= this also not worked.


7. Tried to change the Compability of Bluetooth Driver to Windows 7 and installed it = Still Not worked


8. Bluetooth's option is also not found under Airplane enable & disable option.


There is one more issue arrived, after update of Windows 10 in the latest version, external USB mouse and Bluetooth Keyboard & Mouse stopped working in my laptop. T

Issue with older drivers for Nvidia display adapters (GPU)

Nvidia and Microsoft have found incompatibility issues with certain versions of Nvidia display adapter drivers and Windows 10, version 2004 (the Windows 10 May 2020 Update). Windows 10 devices with affected
Nvidia display driver versions might receive a stop error with a blue screen or other issues during or after installing the update to Windows 10, version 2004. The affected drivers are any version lower than 358.00.

To safeguard your update experience, we have applied a compatibility hold on Windows 10 devices with affected Nvidia display drivers drivers installed from being offered Windows 10, version 2004 or Windows
Server, version 2004 until the driver has been updated.

Affected platforms:

• Client: Windows 10, version 2004
• Server: Windows Server, version 2004

Workaround: To mitigate this issue, you will need to check with your device manufacturer (OEM) to see if an updated driver is available and install it.

Next steps: Microsoft and Nvidia are working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

Note We recommend that you do not attempt to manually update using the Update now button or the Media Creation Tool until this issue has been resolved.

.......my Nvidia Geforce driver is ver. 342.01, which is the latest release from Nvidia. As stated the affected drivers are any version lower than 358.00.

My question: Is there any information indicating a date that this might be resolved?

Bluetooth in windows 10

So I bought a new Bluetooth headphones the skull candy uproar since my old one isn't working. It came with only the headset and usb charging cable. The problem is I can't seem to pair it to my pc. I have windows 10 by the way. There is no Bluetooth on off button in windows settings. I went to device manager but there us no icon for Bluetooth. I did everything I knew but none of it worked.I can post pictures if anyone needs.An alternative might be a Bluetooth dongle but I m not sure I'd it would work plus I paid $50 so don't wanna spend more

I looked up on Internet and many people seem to have issues with windows 10 and Bluetooth. I thought of asking here knowing my UK friends are smart.

Anyone have any idea of how to get Bluetooth to work on my pc.

PS don't curse windows 10. I already know it's a mess and not a very good os.
