Windows 10: Windows 10 version 1511 build 10586.71

Since 10586.71 has installed I have lost Metro altogether and Cortana will set alarms but not activate/announce them at the given times.

Start menu get blue circular spinner but nothing happens and Cortana not working. Calendar and clock not opening on left mouse click

Forgot to mention.. I am using Windows 10 Pro (64 Bit) version 1511 (build 10586.71) and my Windows is up to date.

 

Check for Updates. I just got a Cumulative Update resulting in installing 10586.104.

 

After living with the above mentioned abnormality for several days, I posted the above note today on TenForums. about 1 1/2 hours later I went out for 2 or 3 hours. Upon returning I booted my computer only to get a notice that my resources were used up and could not enter Windows. After several further tries, my computer then booted back into the Windows 10, complete with Metro and a working Cortina "Alarm" . The build # remained at 10586.71. I am baffled but happier.*Smile
I did also check for updates, as suggested, but none are available.
