Windows 10: Windows 10 version 1803 Disabling entire Computer

Each time Windows 10 version 1803 Installs itself I turn on the computer, sign in, then in a matter of seconds the screen goes white then black then blue then back to sign in page. Sometimes Just White Screen, Sometimes just Black screen. Each screen that comes up will last for 3 to ?? sec.. The last time Windows 10 version 1803 installed itself two days ago it worked! I thought it was the new HDD I installed. Today I chatted with Windows Live Agent about the Action Center (Bottom right side next to clock) not coming up when clicked on. I told him I didn't have time to let him into my computer at that time and will call later. after that I felt my Home Page was a little slow so I restarted the computer and White screen, Black screen etc... I have been dealing with this for three weeks now. I have spent $30.00 to $40.00 using Wipe Drive, I Bought a New HDD. I Can't Stop the 1803 Upgrade I'm on a fixed income and going broke while feeling abused by a Big Company, that I forgot, also could install Windows 10 version 1803 for me. They Failed!!! Then told me I Can't stop the Upgrade and Have to Accept it Time After Time... I'm running Windows 10 version 1511 right now but they might Upgrade any time Sooo, PLEASE HELP ME!!! My Computer Exceeds needs for Windows 10 version 1803 and Passes every Test...

The Windows Welcome experience will only be shown after installation of updates and occasionally when you sign in to highlight what's new and suggested by design. For more information about the new features and content of Windows 10 1803, please refer to
these support articles. It also includes a video that summarizes the new content in this release:

Also, make sure that the Windows welcome experience is enabled on your PC. Follow the steps below:

• Open Settings > System > Notifications & actions.
• Under Notifications, toggle the switch On "Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when I sign in to highlight what's new and suggested".

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 April 2018 Update(SCU) Partially Breaks MKV File Support?

I'm scratching my head then, because so far every computer I update to 1803, even fresh installs, can no longer read the details of mkv files. But at least icaros fixes the problem for now. Hopefully the bug is fixed in Windows natively eventually.
