Windows 10: Windows 10 Version 1803 refuses to update to the latest version.

A few months ago, I had managed to recover a laptop I used to use before it fell into what could best be discribed as a comatose state from an accidental spil, ever since then I have been trying to update Windows 10 to 21H2, only for each attempt to fail on me and revert back to 1803. I have tried normal updates in the settings, using the media creation tool, and even the official Windows 10 ISO, all of which has mostly gotten to 39-48% before giving up, wither by rebooting and claiming it can't be installed, or just flat out turning off.the most of an error is related to the 'SYSPREP_SPECIALI

Unable to update Windows 10 Pro version 1709 to 1803

Have made several attempts to update Windows 10 version 1709 to the latest version 1803 and have not been successful.

I've done the following per some suggestions found online:

• Updated drivers
• Ran the Trouble Shooter for Windows 10 (Errors found were shown to be "Fixed" per the tool)
• Unplugged the printer

Although not at every attempt, I have received the following errors:

• 0xc1900101
• 0x80070643

Can someone please advise me as to what the errors are and provide me with the steps to update Windows.
