Windows 10: Windows 10 Version 1903 error 0x8007000e failed

Just letting Microsoft know that I am tired of your update ****. Why can't I stop these updates so that I can use MY computer. It may be Microsoft's software, but it is still my computer. Tell me how to end further updates from Microsoft.

Windows 1903 update failed with error code 0x8007000e

This morning I tried to update to Version 1903 of Windows 10.

The update failed with error code 0x8007000e. After the failure my video display was distorted.

In Device Manager both my Intel Graphics and Nvidia Geforce GT 540M are showing up as being faulty.

I deleted these items in Device Manager and then reinstalled them, they are still showing as faulty but at least my display is now working.

How do I fix these problems so that the update installs correctly?

 

Backup fails with error 0x8007000E

When I run backup (from Windows 7) it fails with error 0x8007000e. There is over 1TB of space on the detination drive and the souce drive is only 121gb

 

Can't open Windows Sandbox Error 0x80070002


Microsoft has acknowledged this issue now:

Windows Sandbox may fail to start with error code “0x80070002”Windows Sandbox may fail to start with "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND (0x80070002)" on devices in which the operating system language is changed during the update process when installing Windows 10, version 1903.
