    Windows 10 version 2004 installed on my Surface Pro the unmarked version 5.


    It now crashes every single time I try to access any portable storage. I have troubleshot it and figured out that it's specifically when accessing portable storage. MircoSD Card = crashes. External USB Drive = crashes. I have updated all drivers, and same result. Crashes 100% of the time I access a portable storage drive.
