Windows 10: Windows 10 version 20H2 Gives Intel Optane Memory Pinning Error

I see the "Intel Optane Memory Pinning Error" message from the notification area everyday.
I reverted the Win 10 with a system image back to several months ago, and the problem was gone.
Later on, Win 10 did further updates and after one big update that took along time to download and install that is the Version 20H2, I found the error message appear again after that. So, it is the Version 20H2 that cause the problem.

The error message is:

Intel Optane Memory Pinning
Unable to load DLL
"iaStorAfsServiceApi.dll":
The specified module could not be found.
Exception From HRESULT: 0x8

This may be related to the Google Chrome browser that I am using.

My Acer Aspire TC-885-UA91 doesn't use Optane Memory. With this error message everyday I still don't see anything wrong with any operation. This error message is just annoying, shows up everyday in the notification area. Anyone know how to fix or get rid of that once and for all?

Since updating to Microsoft Windows 10 2004, everytime I right-click a file in File Explorer, I get the notification shown below related to Intel Optane Memory Pinning. I don't even have any Intel Optane Memory installed. What's going on?

I believe the Intel Optane Pinning Service Extension is a component of certain versions of the IRST.

I had no idea I had "Intel Optane Pinning Service Extension" installed; I figured it was a component of IRST that was causing this as the driver name was similar. But sure enough there is was, so it's uninstalled now. Thanks!
