Windows 10: Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5039211 can't install

Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5039211 keeps coming up to install, it downloads it and asks to reboot but after reboot, it says it didn't install. i see this is a common issue.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039211). I have tried several methods but eveyrtime i get retry, it has been affecting my laptop's performance also during installation. A help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

 

I cannot use my external monitor after Win10 update KB5039211. What to do?

After installing Culmulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039211) I cannot use my external monitor (via HDMI) anymore.

Any suggestions what to do?

This update will not successfully apply, goes through the usual dialogs only to fail on restart and undo the changes.

I've tried SFC and DISM with no results.

Any help is appreciated.
