Windows 10: Windows 10 Version Update to 1909 Is not Successfull

I am having trouble updating my Windows10 pro current version 1809 to 1909. After download and install , it prompts for restart to complete update.

After restart update reaches 25% then without any error computer is getting shut down , when i tried to turn on widows changes are being reverted.


tried steps as suggested in other thread , but it didn't help. Please advise how to solve this.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Run these commands on the command prompt to restart windows update services
net stop bits
net stop cryptsvc
net stop wuauserv
net stop msiserver
Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
net start bits
net start cryptsvc
net start wuauserv
net start msiserver

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

Dear all,

constantly getting the message that the update to Windows 10, Version 1909 fails. Detailed message:

• Funktionsupdate für Windows 10, Version 1909
• Fehler bei der Installation am ‎11.‎04.‎2020 – 0x8007001f

I couldn't find a solution in the community, yet. Thus I'm asking for support.
