Windows 10: Windows 10 Very slow

After the new windows 10 update,My laptop started to ran very slow and sometimes take 1 hour at least to be normal and even worse i had to force shut dowb the laptop by pressing the power button.Almost every game i lost huge fps and sometimes my laptop freeze.I've do fresh installation or format my laptop like many times and still after I update the windows its still running poorly.I dont want to do fresh installation again and again.I've lost a lot of files and data.Is there any other way I can fix this?

windows 10 slow boot

I was having a slow boot issue on my Windows 7 install a little while back. It would take about 30 - 40 extra seconds to boot up for whatever reason.

I would try following these steps, while this didn't solve my issue, it did increase Read/Write to where it should be.

In the end, I had to reinstall my Windows 7 entirely to fix the booting issue. It was taking around 35 seconds to boot, and after the fresh install it takes about 7 seconds to boot.
