Windows 10: Windows 10 video editer isn't showing

Hello, I am Vatshal, In my laptop, I am using windows 10 22H2. I am searching for windows 10 video editer for my Hindi audio gaming channel videos, but couldn't find it, in microsoft photos app, I thaught it to be having video editer but couldn't find it, I downloaded clipchamp, hoping for maybe it would like video editer, but it didn't. The thing is, windows 10 video editer was user friendly and accessible with NVDA, as I am a blind person. So, can you tell me where will windows 10 video editer will be? Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
