Windows 10: Windows 10 Video Editing Export/Share issue

After I've trimmed my videos and set them up in the Project library and Storyboard and everything looks and plays good.... I then export/share the video but the video is purple and looks like static... see clip below... what am I doing wrong?

Windows 10 Photo App video export/share problems

When trying to export/share video on the Photo App the resulting video is rubbish to say the least. Before sharing/exporting it seems fine.

I am running the latest Windows 10 and Photo App:

I am not using 3rd party apps

The video is created and exported in the Photo App

I have applied all the troubleshooting steps. Just to pre-empt garbage responses the ISSUE is microsoft specific - not thrid party app, not a hardware issue.

Now please offer a resolution

 

Export of Final Video Issue

The challenge that you're experiencing could be related to the video format, display resolution, or player that you're using. For us to isolate your concern, we would like to know the following:

• How did you export the video and where did you save it?
• After you exported the video, have you checked the video details if there were any changes with the actual resolution?
  
• Does this happen to all the videos that you exported regardless of the format and resolution?
• Have you tried using a different video player and see if the issue persists?

Photos app not exporting/sharing video.

Hi, I've made a video using about 100 images in the Photos app and the export/share button doesn't seem to want to work. I'll click on it and the three size options will appear, and selecting any one of them will cause a box that says "Export or Share: Create
Video," to appear, but the loading stays at 0% no matter what. At all sizes it either stays at 0% or crashes after about an hour. Is it using too many images? Is the selected music causing issues?
