Windows 10: Windows 10 virtual hotspot. [HELP]

Hello, i'm trying to set up an hotspot from my pc to connect my phone/nintendo switch but after doing everything (activating hotspot from cmd, enabling connection sharing etc.) the hotspot starts, but i can't see it from any of my devices. What i'm trying to do is sharing my ethernet connection from my pc with a wifi adapter, a Dlink DW-131 which is a pretty old one, but it should work just fine since when i type "netsh wlan show drivers" it says "Hosted network support: Yes" so i should be able to use it. So everything just goes fine but then the network i created doesn't show up on any device.

One thing I noticed is that when I check the "connections" section in the control panel, the hotspot network shows up but it says "No internet access", idk if that has anything to do with my problem but i'm adding everything I noticed.
