  1. Windows 10 Volume Control Sucks. Can it be changed?

I use Fn + [key] on my computer to adjust volume and I hit the adjust key mutliple times in succession to turn the volume up/down. When adjusting down, the 9th press causes the volume to jump down 10 levels or so instead of just 2, which I then have to adjust back up. It's annoying. Can I set it so that one press of the volume adjust turns it down the same level no matter how many times I press it? Also, when adjusting volume, the screen shows the small vertical rectangle with the volume level, and then a huge box to the right of it with forward, reverse, play/pause, picture of whatever media is playing, and its title. Often times this gets in the way of something on screen, but if I move the cursor over it when it's fading, it pops back with full force. How can I get rid of this garbage?

    Thanks.
