Windows 10: Windows 10 VX-1000 Driver

Discus and support Windows 10 VX-1000 Driver in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I bought a Microsoft VX-1000 camera, as I thought it would be a safe bet for the future, but now it isn't supported under Windows 10.By doing this...     Windows 10 VX-1000 Driver


    I bought a Microsoft VX-1000 camera, as I thought it would be a safe bet for the future, but now it isn't supported under Windows 10.By doing this Microsoft are telling me that I can't rely on the support of their hardware products? Has anyone else had similar experiences with other Microsoft hardware?I have tried all the potential solutions that have been posted, without success, even the Cortana one, only to receive a message that Cortana is not available in my region.

    Windows 10 driver for LifeCam VX-1000

    I need a webcam for online classes. I have a LifeCam VX-1000 but cannot find a driver suitable for windows 10. Suggestions?

    If you can't find drivers for LifeCam VX-1000 for Win 10

    1) Download .cab (I've used Microsoft - Communication Device - Microsoft LifeCam VX-1000 for Win7)

    2) Unzip it.

    3) Install driver manually from unziped folder

    Does not work with windows camera app, but works with 3-d side apps
