Windows 10: Windows 10 wasting memory hp compaq dc5850 small form factor RAM 3gb ram 2.75gb usable cpu...

Windows 10 eates the ram per 1gb ram, well i tried windows diagoinstic tool, and it wastes a bit. I have all my virtual machines to 4mb ram, and even how do i remove usable ram? Msconfig? Boot? Advanced? Check memory to 3072mb without unchecking?

I set up a new ram thats 7gb and it says 3gb usable I tried everything from youtube vids to the questions I used
windows+R (msconfig) way did not work I tried everything and it's not working I really need help, please.

They (Crucial) are usually very good at it. You can't always trust data in Manuals, as they are printed before latest BIOS and RAM modules are introduced.
