Windows 10: Windows 10 weather widget can't change unit from Fahrenheit to Celsius

I also noticed that my weather widget isn't updating either and I can't seem to change anything. The unit is stuck in Fahrenheit, the location keeps reverting despite me setting my correct location countless times, and the language is just stuck in English US. I don't know what to do anymore and it's getting really annoying.

Windows 10 weather widget units don't change from Fahrenheit to Celsius

Trying to change the setting in Weather widget from F to C. I want the temperature to be shown in Celsius. I went to the widget settings, changed it from F to C. Still the same. Setting is not saved each time. Tried more than 10 times in 2 days... restarting my computer many times. Tried setting up temperature settings in weather app - the temp unit in app appears in C, but still F stays in weather widget in taskbar. Reinstalled Weather app - again no success. Weather has the permission to get location.

Please help. Lost many hours trying to solve this problem.

 

taskbar weather shows Fahrenheit instead of celsius, cannot change it.

Cannot change taskbar weather from fahrenheit to celsius after the windows update. Tried setting it on the weather app or when i hovered over the weather on the taskbar. It currenently has different location and has fahrenheit, if i try to set it to my hometown and set it on celsius, then it doesnt change. Tried restarting the pc, still nothing.

 

The weather widget in the start menu shows the temperature in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius.

Same here. I use three Windows computers: two in my home and the third in my work. They are all presenting the same behavior: the Weather app itself shows the temperature in Celsius but still the tile / widget shows Fahrenheit. This started about in middle December, after a Windows update.
