Windows 10: Windows 10 weird freezing

Hi i have an issue with my pc at the moment. Right now I tryin to figure out what the issue is with it randomly freezing when i play games or watch vids.

So basically it hard on freezes where it buzzes out the audio or whatever i am watching kinda slows down heavily but still plays. Then the audio (realtek) would see to have like a reset. it would be like it was disabled then re-enabled and works properly after. when playin games the audio at times do the same then but i would have a heavy freeze to the point i cant move the mouse or hear anything at all. sometimes i could be in a discord call and could still talk to whoever i am talkin to but it would still be frozen and other times the volume is gone altogether. I at first thought this was a motherboard issue so i ended up replacing with a new one. at first it wasnt doing it for awhile but now it is happening again. I am lost between the GPU at this point or the cpu. I know i have a mismatch ram issue of 2 different type of rams but they both are the same mhz but i am wondering for sure if that is the issue or not. It happens like...every so 1-3 hours or as it happened before when i was playing a simple game of league of legends and some my games last a good 30-40 mins and it would happen like before the 10 min mark then im good for the rest of the game. it would have the freezing twice. once for like 5 secs then again for like 3 secs. randomly it sometimes last longer than that. i switched GPUs at one point and it was more like..laggy freezing than a full on freeze. in a way of a bit of input delay but you can visually see the skipping. so i assumed it was the motherboard. I am almost wondering if its ssd at this point but idk.
