Windows 10: Windows 10 "Welcome Screen" no photo

When I turn on my computer and the WELCOME SCREEN comes up I see WELCOME SCREEN, under that MY PHOTO and under that WELCOME. All around that seems to be greyed out. It seems to me there used to be a photo there. What happened to it?
Also the Task Bar at the bottom of the screen and the Browser Task manager Bar at the top seem to have changed color. The Task bar at the bottom went to light grey and it was black which I like. It is a little confusing to get the colors back to original. How do I do this?

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

The Photos app brings together pictures from all your devices using OneDrive, so that you can browse them by date, album or folder. It also automatically enhances photos, and creates albums for you, to showcase your best shots.

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps:

Method 1:

I suggest you to change the Default apps in the setting app and verify the result. You may follow the steps in the below:

• Go to settings and system.
  
• Click on Default Apps and select the appropriately.
  

Method 2:

I suggest you to reinstall Photo app using the PowerShell command
and reinstall using the Windows store. Follow the below steps.

• Open the　Start　menu, type　Windows PowerShell　in the search bar.
  
• Right click on the　Windows　PowerShell　and select　Run as　administrator.
  
• Enter the below command to uninstall the Photo app.
  

• 　　get-appxpackage　　*Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage

Printing a photo on windows 10

You can use Windows Photo App to print the photos in windows 10.

• Press Windows key and type Photos.
• Select the photo.
• Right click on the photo.
• Select print option.
• Then you will be able to print photos.
