Windows 10: Windows 10 - when I press the "1" key alone on my friends laptop keyboard, the Microsoft...

My friends HP Laptop has a problem when we pressing 1, it opens the Edge or what browser is default and when we press H it opens the dictation, I know this is like a shortcut key but we are not pressing the Window key, the onscreen keyboard is fine the only problem is the laptop keyboard, we tried the following fix


1. Double press the Window Key

2. Disable StickyKey

3. Fixing the Region

4. Tried also Win+Alt and Win+Alt+P


the only thing that I haven't tried is uninstall the Keyboard drive then restart the laptop, because when we tried to use a USB Keyboard, it is also the same, so I don't know if uninstall it will reserve the issue and my friend is afraid to do it as she uses it for her business, I also tried to remote connected to her laptop and it's working fine but if using the laptops keyboard or the external keyboard, the problem is still the same. The OS is also updated, is there other fix that we can do about this? if yes kindly help us on this.

Further you may also use the onscreen keyboard to check if that helps.

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
