Windows 10: Wi-fi keeps shutting down and PC wont fully power off

I had this issue before and starting my PC from 0 worked for a while, but then it came back.

    It goes like this:

    - If lucky, my PC will run normally for a few minutes or hours, but after a while the wi-fi will go off and no matter what I do it doesnt come back.
    - Most worrisome is that if I disconnect my wi-fi adapter (a TP-link Usb 3.0 Wifi Dual Band 5g Ac1200 Archer T4u) or any other USB and try to plug it back, my USB ports wont respond and nothing else happens.
    - Trying to disable devices from the device admin causes the "not working" status and forces me to close the window to stop it.
    - If I try to shut the whole PC off, my screen goes black and my tower doesnt power off at all. It keeps going until I press down the power button and then and only then it powers off fully.

My windows version is 10 pro x64 bits, version 1903.

Also: I can see an orange light inside my PC that keeps going on and off at all times.

What can I do to stop this problem?

    :)
