Windows 10: Windows 10 will crash when put into sleep mode

When I put my computer to sleep mode at night, not every night but maybe every 3rd or 4th time after a restart, the screen goes black like normal and just stays like that for about 15 minutes or so and then the PC just shuts down. I NEVER see a blue screen when it happens, just black. This has been happening for a couple months. I did the elevated command prompt "sfc /scannow" thing and one time it found some things and fixed them but alas, no solution.Device name DESKTOP-L2HSB4S Processor IntelR CoreTM i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB Device ID 3454AA7B-02

Windows 10 wont stay in sleep mode

yes, it was already off.

its waking up one hour after it sleeps for about 2 minutes, then sleeping again. How the eff can i track what it does in that time if nothing shows in powerCFG or the event log?
