Windows 10: Windows 10 will not download onto a new ssd in an MSI GI63 thin

No matter what we have tried there is no way it will work. Troubleshooting wont work and everything the file tries to download it shows different prompts that state it won't download into the driver. The computer reconises the new ssd but nothing works.
