Windows 10: Windows 10 Will Not Load Stop Code 0xc000021a & I Can Not Access Any Repair/Recovery...

Windows 10 fails to load. The computer tries to auto repair but fails. I am then prompted to choose one of several options. I try to troubleshoot/reset the pc with advanced options but when I am prompted to enter the password for the one and only user account on the laptop which is the administrator account. I enter the password and I get a response that the password is incorrect. I use a password vault for my password so I know that is the correct password. I tried changing the password through my online Microsoft account but still, get the same response with either the new or the old password.
