Windows 10: Windows 10 will not reset, why?

I am using windows 10 and am trying to reset my computers setting. I have opened up my setting and clicked on recovery. I was able to click on reset pc but after I click on it the process stops. A pop up telling me that it is preparing to restart shows up and that it will only take a minute shows up and then...nothing. I have waiting up to 20 minutes and it either stays like that or closes the pop up. hat can I do to reset my pc or at least change my setting back to default.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
