Windows 10: Windows 10 will not type until it has been rebooted

My computer Windows 10 will not type until it has been restarted, after initial boot-up. The keyboard is a Logitech k400+Windows is up to date. The problem began after I had installed the premium version of Surfshark VPN, and I have tried reconfiguring as well as disconnecting Surfshark, but that doesn't seem to make any difference. I have posted this cry for help once before, in Danish, and received a reply in translation from the Support team, but their suggestion didn't help. I'm now trying to cast the net wider by writing it in English. Hope somebody can help me.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
