Windows 10: Windows 10 will not update, reset, or let me install drivers for my hardware.

I have tried multiple fixes outlined by threads and MS support them selves to no avail. I get an error when trying to update through settings 0x800703e6. I can not download the update manually through Microsoft Catalogue, I tried media creation tool and it fails at the last second. I have no restore points, no restore previous versions of windows to go back to. sfc / scannow does not work, DISM does not work, WinRE mode reset does not work. Disabling fire wall does not do anything. I lost wireless mouse capabilities due to an error not letting the driver be installed even though it was alre

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

• Right click "My Computer"
• Click "Properties"
• Click on "Hardware" tab
• Click "Device Installation Settings"
• Tick the "No, let me choose what to do"
• Tick "Never install driver software from Windows Update"
