Windows 10: WINDOWS 10 window button, search bar, battery icon , sound icon, network icon and...

Can someone help me, all my taskbar icon that is displaying are not working, as my battery, sound, and network all not responding when I left click them. including my window button, search bar, and my notifications as well. when I right-click on those icons it works, I still can access my battery through right-click and to options, as well as network, but for notification, it's not working and my speaker stops functioning because of this, my camera is not working and windows store as well. My windows defender keep closing by itself every time I try to open it, I already check through SFC /scan

Windows 10 desktop icons not in order

In ccleaner, did you uncheck cleaning the icon cache... have not used in a while; however, I think that is what the option is called.

Now, if you are setting the icons and they move after you have set the settings and not changed them... you may have the "Random Windows 10 Icon movement problem".
Some people have this and some don't.

what icons are you referring to?
In the Windows Explorer list or desktop?

 

Wrong wi-fi icon?

Does it show the small red cross over any connection icon under Network Connections (Windows + R -> ncpa.cpl)? If it does, disable that one and see if the task-bar icon remains the same.
