Windows 10: Windows 10, Windows hello currently unavailable

Heyo, Some time ago my windows hello sign-in stopped working. I had facial recognition and the PIN set up, and all was working well. It may have been after a windows update, or an app install, or maybe even one too many forced shutdowns- but the facial recognition stopped working. just yesterday, my pin stopped working as well. In settings, Windows hello options for the PIN, fingerprint and facial recognition all read "currently unavailable, try again later". I feel like I've tried everything- here's a list of what I've done so far to try and get things back up and runningupdated to the most r

Hi Experts,

Yesterday we have bought two brand new HP Envy 13 AQ1013DX and as per our normal procedure installed Windows 10 Pro 2004 and Joined Domain and everything installed and configured as per our requirement.

When I am trying to set up Windows Hello (Fingerprint, Face, and PIN) all these options come with error

"This option is currently unavailable - Click to learn more"





I do some research and try to troubleshoot the issue with given opinions on the internet but still, the problem is not resolved and stuck with same issue.

I have tried these steps

Update Windows Update

Update All Drivers

I have already updated the domain GPO so that Windows Hello for Business has use biometrics turned on and use windows hello for business is turned on. The Logon policy also has the convenience pin turned on as well.

Reboot Biometric services after each step

Now i am feeling stuck and helpless.
