    Windows 10 Windows or Aps won-t resize


    I'm running Windows 10 Version 1909 OS Build 18363.778. An automatic update happened on my desktop system 3 days ago and ever since then, my windows won't resize. I have the Dell 4' wide computer monitor and every window displays only maximized. Could there be a setting I can change? I tried to revert back or undo whatever happened this week, and it said there are no eligible points to revert back to in the past 10 days or whatever. It lists 12 security updates done on 4/15/20, but when I hover my cursor above each one, the cursor turns into a hand like I can press and maybe undo, but it doesn't actually do anything. I tried updating graphic card drivers and it did it's thing and I rebooted, but nothing changed. All helpful ideas appreciated. Thanks, Doug

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
