Windows 10: Windows 10 wont activate after factory reset

Hi I reset a laptop my daughter bought 2nd hand. I did a complete clean wiping all files when prompted. It has reinstalled Windows 10 Enterprise but will not activate. Also its finding every wifi connection in my area except our home wifi that my computers are connected to. Ethernet works fine just cant connect to our home WiFi. Please Help if possible she is upset with me for wiping it clean but thought I was doing the right thing for her

See the windows is activated. And this is the screen which asks the product key. I can only skip this step if I boot from the dvd and select the clean install option.

"slmg /ato" returns Activating Windows core single language edition (a string of numbers and alphabets)
Product activated successfully.

Windows 10 Activation (Insider)

How long did you wait for activation?
When I re-installed with a fresh install... it took a few hours to sync and activate.
However, it did, finally, activate.
