Windows 10: Windows 10 won't activate after Reset

Hello, I was having issues where my PC wouldn't boot so as a solution, I resetted it where it kept my information and data but deleted my apps.After doing so, it gave me a message to Activate Windows..I tried changing product key, but gave me an error, tried troubleshoot but it gave me no resolution, my PC is connecting to internet via ethernet.I even tried purchasing a new product key but it gave me an error too... Please help.

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

 

cortana won`t talk to me

• Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
• Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
• Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
• Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?

Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:

• Open Cortana.
• Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window.
• Go to Settings and click on off.
• Follow the same steps to turn it on.
• Check if issue persists.
