    Hello Microsoft Community,I recently bought and acquired 3 HP ProBook 6560b Laptops and they came with no hard drives in them. I put an SSD in them to test them and installed Windows 10 since that's all I have available and knew that because they originally came with Windows 7, they would be eligible for the free upgrade. I'm aware that the free upgrade offer ended in 2016 but every other computer I've upgraded to Windows 10 using the Win10 Media Creation Tool or ISO/USB from MCT after that date from the Windows 7 era and the Windows 8 era has upgraded without any issues and has activated perf

    Hello,

    I bought a new Designer Bluetooth Mouse Model 1679, it is not working on HP ProBook 6560b on Windows 10 64 Bit.

    I tried many times update all need it windows and Bluetooth driver, but does not solved the problem.

    I tried another Laptop in my office same mouse and it is working my friends PC and My Cell Phone is paired and working on it.

    Just not working HP ProBook 6560b on Windows 10 64 Bit (We have 2 qty same laptop and does not work on them.)

    Do you have any solution or suggestion?

    This could suggest a compatibility issue with the version of Windows 10. Looking at the driver web page for this particular model, I don't see Bluetooth drivers listed for it.

    The last drivers released for it were for Windows 8.1:

    sound on hp probook 6560b not working

    Hello,

    I am using a hp probook 6560b which came with a windows 7 OS. Everything was working fine then the sound stopped working. tried updating drivers, uninstalling and installing the driver, troubleshooting the issue but none of the options seem to work. The
    sound icon displays as if there is nothing wrong with the sound. Pls help
