    Windows 10 won't auto download updates without wifi


    Is there anyway or some setting I can change to make it download the windows updates regardless of the type of connection I'm using? Everytime there's an update I get a notification stating "Couldn't download latest update" or something along those lines. I can download the updates manually no problem, but it's annoying. Regardless in the windows update settings it even states "You might still need to connect to unmetered Wi-Fi for some updates.", don't have wifi, not planning on getting one either so what happens if there comes an update i can't download using my current connection? I suppose

    Windows 10 forced download

    ^This, then reboot and go to manually update windows. Find KB3035583 in the list of available updates, right-click and "Hide this update" so it doesn't get installed again next go around.
