Windows 10: Windows 10 won't boot after update

Windows forced my PC to update last night and now my computer will not boot. I turn it on and it is unresponsive. It spends about a minute doing nothing, and then shuts itself off. No amount of restarting the computer changes anything. No keyboard commands trying to get into safe mode or recovery mode have any impact. My monitor displays the factory 'no input detected' message as if the monitor was not plugged in, and that is it.Guidance would be appreciated.

My pc won´t boot Windows 10 from USB/DVD

So I wanted to change from my Windows 10 x32 bits to 64x. I downloaded the Mediacreationtool and used it in both a USB and a DVD. Tried used the usb, the disk and both at the same time but they won´t boot.

I have a P7H55-M motherboard, the BIOS is updated and configured to boot first DVD, second usb and third SATA.

So if someone could help me it´d be great.

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!
