    Windows 10 won't boot even after CHKDSK, DISM/sfc?


    Background:Installed a PC video game released for W2000/XP circa 2006 from Midway Games on a W10 laptop. After the successful installation a system reboot is initiated by the installer.Upon restart Windows 10 won't boot, attempts automatic repair, and then enters a recovery environment:Startup Repair, Startup Settings, Uninstall Updates fails, and System Restore fails don't execute successfully.Command Prompt enables CHKDSK, DISM/SFC which report successful repairs but don't fix the W10 Boot issues.Question:After exhausting Startup Repair, Startup Settings, Uninstall Updates, System Resto
