Windows 10: Windows 10 won’t boot or let me reinstall please help

I keep getting the same error code 0xc0000185 so i tried reinstalling womdows amd now my pc womt boot. I bought a brand new install usb from bestbuy so it cant be bad or missing boot files right? I also just bought a new m.2 nvme ssd just in case my issues were due to a storage problem. Im not sure if i cn just remove my current ssd and replace it with a new one and fix my issue that way?

I was having a slow boot issue on my Windows 7 install a little while back. It would take about 30 - 40 extra seconds to boot up for whatever reason.

I would try following these steps, while this didn't solve my issue, it did increase Read/Write to where it should be.

In the end, I had to reinstall my Windows 7 entirely to fix the booting issue. It was taking around 35 seconds to boot, and after the fresh install it takes about 7 seconds to boot.

My pc won´t boot Windows 10 from USB/DVD

So I wanted to change from my Windows 10 x32 bits to 64x. I downloaded the Mediacreationtool and used it in both a USB and a DVD. Tried used the usb, the disk and both at the same time but they won´t boot.

I have a P7H55-M motherboard, the BIOS is updated and configured to boot first DVD, second usb and third SATA.

So if someone could help me it´d be great.
