Windows 10: Windows 10 won't boot

So, I was very late to change to WIndows 10 and was more or less forced to by an ageing, failing hard drive 1 and loss of Win7 support. I purchased a new hard drive 2 and downloaded Windows 10 from the MS site and installed on the new HD. I left HD2 with 7 still connected after the install.

When I restarted the computer, I had a screen asking which OS to use and I thought that the machine was dual booting as I intended.


The computer ran ok for a while and then one day iTunes wouldn't launch, at all. Searched for fixes, none worked. My idea was to reinstall Win 7 on another new HD3 just for iTunes and a 25,000 song library, you know, just to give things some room..

Purchased HD3 and installed Win7 to it. Now it will only boot to windows 7, no option to choose 10.

Shut down, disconnect HD3 to see if HD1 with Win 10 would boot, nope.

Just connected by itself to the computer, this HD won't boot Windows 10. I tried the SATA cable in every available slot on the motherboard, but still won't boot.


Reconnect HD2 with the old 7 on it and I get the blue screen offering me the choice of 7 or 10. I can load either of them with no issues. The old HD1 hasn't failed yet but I get messages popping up - imminent failure-...what ever, let it die, except I wouldn't be able to boot to my new install of Win 10 and it's been computing for me for 5 or 6 weeks and I'd rather not spend the time setting up a new OS again.

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

 

My pc won´t boot Windows 10 from USB/DVD

So I wanted to change from my Windows 10 x32 bits to 64x. I downloaded the Mediacreationtool and used it in both a USB and a DVD. Tried used the usb, the disk and both at the same time but they won´t boot.

I have a P7H55-M motherboard, the BIOS is updated and configured to boot first DVD, second usb and third SATA.

So if someone could help me it´d be great.
