Windows 10: Windows 10 won't connect to the Internet and other problems. I'd like to get a fresh...

I have a dell laptop. running windows 10

It was working fine , 2 days ago it fail to connect to the internet and no way to get the internet to work, it tells me that there are no connection available? my screen turned to black and white . It is extremely slow when it boots up some things work most do not .I have another computer and it connects just fine . It can find everything it needs to connect but the laptop just wont find any connection what so ever.

I would like to get a fresh down load but that to needs the internet for this lap top

Anyone with any answers would be most appreticated
