Windows 10: Windows 10 wont install - Keeps restarting to install screen

I apparently installed 32 bit windows 10 on my old desktop (it's a FX6300 CPU so..yeah). Wanting to use all 16gb of RAM instead of 8, I wanted to do 64bit. I decided to switch from a HDD to SSD (Sandisk 120gb). I'm using the windows media creator on my USB. It will get to the install screen, I've entered my key I used before (as well as NOT adding it), select my SSD to install on, and it goes through the install and update thing.

Computer reboots and goes right back to the install screen. Tried switching boot drive to the SSD, and it doesnt detect anything.

Any ideas? Yes, I know the SSD is small but honestly I just use BOINC on it, write papers, surf ebay, and play some older games like Rome: Total War.

Windows 7 wont install drivers

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

ok.. i start installing windows 7, then it restarts, then in the middle of completeing the installation i get this screen -


then i have to turn the pc off and back on and when i do that windows 7 wont work cuz it couldnt finish installing and it makes me start over. ive tried this twice now. ive given windows 45gb of space to install.

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
