Windows 10: Windows 10 wont log on

    Windows 10 wont log on


    Im sitting here, on my phone, staring at a loading screen. Ive been staring for 20 minutes! I cant get on its just sitting there with the true key logo and the loading image! HELP PLEASE

    whenever i log on to windows 10 it wont load in the taskbar and also when I search for it in windows I still cant find it

    camera doesnt work to unlock computer

    After an automatic upgrade to windows 10, I have to log in with a pin and not a picture. Computer says camera wont turn on use pin to log in. Never had any problems till upgrade.

    Do you get to the login screen and you can't do anything?
    Are there any icons on the screen you are looking at?

    Is it possible to provide an image of what you are looking at?
