    Windows 10 won't run my HP Laserjet 3030 printer! And when I tried to resolve the issue it ruined my Canon 2522 printer operation as well! Now I have two printers that won't operate at all with Windows 10! They both ran with windows 7!

    Laserjet 3030 prints but won't scan or fax

    I'm trying to install my LaserJet 3030 all in one printer/scanner for Windows 10. My printer is working fine but I can't scan and the Windows Fax and Scan does not recognize my printer/scanner.

    Any suggestions?

    I have an HP Laserjet 3030 connected via USB universal cable. I'm able to print but cannot scan. Latest installed drivers from HP complete but not sure if there are steps I need to complete. Is there a solution? Thank you!

    I tried this after doing a clean install of Windows 10. The list of printers that comes up does not include the Laserjet 4 plus which is the printer I am trying to connect via usb. How do I get that to come up?
