Windows 10: Windows 10 won't start and nothing will work

Hi, I need help with my Dell desktop.


I left the computer on over night, when I woke up in the morning and the computer froze upon my first click and shutdown by it self. When I restarted it, everything was wiped clean files were still in the drives but no longer installed it was as if hard reset with files intact was conducted. Worried that there is a virus in the system I ran an anti-virus software Alyak which detected 8 files which got fixed. To make sure I deleted all virus I selected windows reset with files intact to purge my system.


It then crashed. It was stuck on 'gathering information' page for hours on 0% so I physically shut the computer down and restarted. Now it won't even start at all and I keep getting the 'Choose an Option' page.


I have tried:


1. Continue to Windows Recovery Mode - will not work and return me to the 'choose an option' blue screen


2. Reset this PC both keep my files and delete - both gives the prompt 'There was a problem resetting PC. No changes were made.


3. System restore - initially it didn't work due to 'You must enable system protection on this drive' error, which I fixed by finding online help rstrui.exe/offline:c:\windows=active. I've tried restoring from all 3 available restore points, they all return and error failed to replace the file one is Windows App GamesBarElevatedFT_Alias.exe and two other times it is AppleInc.Defaults.exe unexpected error occurred 0x80070780

4. Start-up Repair - I get 'couldn't repair your PC'


5. Go back to the previous build - couldn't find previous build


6. Use another operating system - I have Windows Recovery Environment, and two of Windows 10 On volume 10 none of it works - returns error "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, then restart the installations".


7. Start-Up Settings - options 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 9 all return the same error as above

options 5, 6, 8 just stops.


I don't have hard copy of the windows. What do i do??!?!?!

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

 

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!
