Windows 10: Windows 10 won't update from ver 1703

So I've been stuck with this windows version since june or july 2021. Windows update tool shows that my system is outdated and at risk but almost always shows "check for updates" below. Occasionally it shows that it downloaded updates ant wants me to install them, so I let it do it, pc reboots and installs updates, shows that it is at 100%, hangs there for a while, I log in and it isn't updated. I tried all methods I could find, downloading media creation tool, installing it from windows iso file, troubleshooting in settings, downloading manual updates, restarting update service, manually dele

DISM problem , on windows 10 creators update , ver.1703

the drive K:\ becomes H:\ ESD-ISO Label in command prompt , and C:\ becomes D:\ as shown in diskpart>list volume etc , so I proceed with your Dism command line changing only the drive letters , what else to do ?
