Windows 10: Windows 10 wont update to 22h2.

I cannot get my PC to update to windows 22h2. I used the get help option after troubleshooting didnt work, and I got to the 6th step, which is where I began to experience problems. The commands regsvr32.exe mshtml.dll, regsvr32.exe shdocvw.dll, and regsvr32.exe browseui.dll gave me error messages that said "the command was loaded, but the entry point was not found. Make sure DLL is a valid file", or something along those lines. I have absolutely zero clue how to fix this, and have tried just about everything including changing updates to automatic, copying and pasting the file into new places

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.
