Windows 10: Windows 10 Wont Update

My windows 10 build is currently unable to update past Version 1909, build 18363.1556.I have tried the DISM, net stop/start, etc command prompts found in other threads. I have also tried setupdiag, which does not work.Windows update keeps saying that I am not up to date, but it refuses to actually install any updates.cpu: AMD Ryzen 9 3900Xvideo: Geforce RTX 2080 Supermotherboard: Asus TUF Gaming X570-PlusThank you for the help!
