Windows 10: Windows 10 wont work after update

I recently installed a windows update and now my pc has missing windows files and is constantly blue screening. Also when i download drivers it says network error or 7-zip error even tho i have perefect wifi. I have searched for missing files in command prompt and the computer have found some but it says that there is a protection and it doesent do anything. I had none of these problems before the update. Can somone please help me

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
